Do Over

Ok, so once again I took a day off of the blog. But if you had the day I did, you'd not blog either. Or else the blog would receive a fine from the FCC...

Yesterday should be a do-over, a mulligan, a just-stay-in-bed and try to forget day.

To start the day I forgot things at the house - including keys to the other "car" - henceforth referred to as TURD - and had to return home after making it to school, had to have the TURD towed at outrageous expense to a garage across town.... and then walked back (that was nice, considering), and to top it off, ha ha, I had a clipper incident - which means my hair is now shorn clean off. Yup cue-ball. I look like Jesse Ventura - without the muscles

On the good news front we looked at a Honda Fit, which is a cool and impressive little car (can't quite afford the Camrys or Avalons like some folks ;) )... Of course we're months away from being ready to buy a car..... or so we tell ourselves.... (I on the other hand lobbied for this - to.... you know.... go exploring with...)

Sorry bout your head. Take a pic and post for us. Ha. Hey don't feel bad you are not the only one having a bad day. Anthony had all his stuff stolen out of a locker in the gym at Clemson. Keys, credit cards, money, drivers license, etc. Then the parking police towed the jeep and we have to pay $137 to get it out. He could not move it because someone stole the keys--helllo. Then to top it all off one of the dorm masters tells him they need to re-key all the doors and that should cost about $200. His keys were stolen by a thief on campus in a university building of which I am giving a good deal of money to each semester. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh where do these people come from?

Yes you and Anthony need a do-over.

I would go with the Honda Civic Hybrid over the Fit. They are too small. I think the Civic will prove to be a better vehicle for a longer time plus you can get over 50mpg and save some money there.

Keep those book reviews coming, I have read all your suggestions so far. Yea

that IS a bad day.
Monday was also the day that my lovely infrared spectrophotometer stopped working... no voltage... none
and yet another lab ruined this semester.
i am ready to just cancel orgo lab due to ineffectual building and ancient equipment.
screw that section of the class- the students already think the class is too much work....
