ABC's new "documentary" about 9/11 is, as I suspected, merely a pre-election end run by certain members of the establishment.... the real responsibility lies with Bill Clinton - that lousy adulterer - and ergo with the Dems. Not that there isn't enough blame to pass around, but come on!! (seen the Frontline documentary on Cheney's intelligence war anyone? How about Ron Suskind's book?) Bald-faced electioneering helps no-one.

For those of you curious about George Allen's "maccaca" comment and wondering about whether the man is a racist, well, his son is named after Nathan Bedford Forrest.... founder of the KKK (or so reports the Wonkette)

... and in considerably depressing news military casualties (not including contractors, aid workers, volunteers, or most notably civilians) have now passed the number killed in the attacks of 9/11
