Ok - I'm going to basically gloss right over what happened 5 years ago, basically because everybody in the known multiverse is rambling on today, and quite frankly I've reached my fear-mongering limit. Yes I knew people in the towers, yes they lived, no I do not support terrorism nor violence of any kind, yes an intervention in Afghanistan was probably necessary (in 1995 - and not a military intervention). But alas, we cannot change the past, only the future - unless, of course, you're a Calvinist. We should rise above fear if we are to survive.

In any case I would just like to point out that your (and my) share of the national debt is now $28,506.75, just thought you should know.

The one thing that this day reminds me of though, is that friends are important. So, here's a picture.
