WV - tame and mediocre

West Virginia's old motto was Wild and Wonderful, they've changed that to Open for Business. As reprehensible as some of the land use policy is there (see mtn. top removal, the crap-shack condo resorts around the Canaan Valley, coal mining in general) I'd frankly see this site as opposed to a huge slag pile (which is right up the road from here). If we're going to use the energy it has to come from somewhere, and that somewhere right now is coal. So the choice between coal and wind is no moot argument.
